Scope of Work:

  • Install kitchen island cabinetry with granite countertop and 18” overhang

  • Install 4X4 newel posts and wrap with hickory veneer, scribe to floor for seamless transition

  • Hickory hand rail, ripped and routered to desired look, installed on new steel ballisters and newels for staircase and loft 

  • Sanded and semigloss finish for durability on hand rails

  • Structural framing support for beam wrap

  • Pre-build Hickory veneer beam wrap

  • Relocate electrical for new remote fan

  • Install beam at peak of 18’ vaulted ceiling

  • Install duct work and hood vent in kitchen

  • Frame out around hood for hickory tongue and groove wrap

  • Sand and semigloss polyurethane finish on custom hood vent
